At Senerita+, we curate only the finest hotel-line hair and body care products. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of personal care products, opened items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
