At Senerita+, every product is selected with intention. Your experience with us should reflect that — from the first unboxing to the last drop.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the intimate nature of personal care, opened products are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its status. Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method — no delays, no surprises.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@innovacapita.com with a brief description and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
